Our location is in East Sacramento in the area known as Campus Commons. We have a free parking lot and plenty of free street parking.
It is easily accessible from Hwy 50, Howe Ave exit. Go north on Howe Ave. and turn left onto University Ave. Our building is on the left. Once inside our office is the first on the right.
We have a comfortable waiting area and are equipped with all of the standard amenities for your convenience and comfort.

Who We Are
Noble Hearts Massage serves those who protect us. We created Noble Hearts Massage as an intention to assist veterans and first responders based in gratitude for their service to our communities. We recognize the sacrifices that are made in the line of duty and are focused on targeted services for protector’s well-being. This includes veterans, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, police officers, firefighters and rescuers.
We have now expanded services into senior care and hospice massage to better serve our community. Isolation and loneliness plague our senior communities as we remove the aging process from the larger community. Noble Hearts seeks to help alleviate this suffering through connection and compassionate touch.
To accomplish this primary mission, Noble Hearts Massage is a 501(c)3 non-profit that may receive tax deductible donations. We offer our high quality services on an income-based sliding-scale to everyone. This supports the expansion of our services to more veterans and first responders.
What We Do
Noble Hearts Massage offers massage, theragun treatments, and meditation instruction:
- Massage can encompass a wide variety of therapies. Noble Hearts can provide relaxation, chronic pain relief and/or working through past trauma with somatic therapies. A relaxing massage designed to access the parasympathetic nervous system increasing relaxation and well being. a massage focused on decreasing chronic pain through the use of deep tissue, myofascial release therapy and/or trigger point work in designated areas. Somatic Therapy uses deep body connection and movement to work through past traumas.
- Theragun treatments are 30 minute focused work, fully clothed that target specific
areas. - Meditation is a valuable part of a wellness routine. Meditation is scientifically validated as a method to increase a sense of well being and encourage neuroplasticity. Meditation instructions include discussion and supported meditation practices. Meditation instruction is by self determined donation.

In Home visit
Noble Hearts Massage provides in home therapy by appointment only. If you require or desire an in-home therapeutic massage visit, please call/text (916) 346-3936 or email noblehearsmassage@gmail.com. We will need to speak with you before visiting your home. Once we have agreed on a visit, a small additional mileage charge will apply.

Plan to arrive ten minutes early. There is ample two hour free parking in our quiet tree lined neighborhood.
