Client Agreements
Noble Hearts Massage client’s understand and agree to the following:
- The massage offered is for therapeutic purposes only; any sexually implicit behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session for which no refund will be given.
- Noble Hearts Massage does not diagnose illness, disease, or any physical or mental disorder, does not prescribe medical treatment, nor do spinal manipulations. These massages are not a substitute for medical care provided by licensed healthcare providers.
- Noble Hearts Massage therapists are assigned by schedule and no special requests pertaining to a massage therapist’s gender, size, age, race, etc., will be accommodated. Sorry, no exceptions.
- Any client under the age of 18 is required to have a parent/guardian present in the room for the duration of the massage.
Business Policies:
- 24 hour cancellation policy, or a $20 fee is levied.
- Due to scheduling, if a client is late, their appointment will still end at the scheduled time and full price is due. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
- State all medical conditions that your massage therapist needs to know.
Massage Etiquette:
- Do not wear perfumes or scents
- Practice personal hygiene before arrival.
- Do not come to your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Client is in control of the pressure and can request less pressure at any time. Clients may end any session if they feel uncomfortable.
- Tipping and gratuity is appreciated by our massage therapists who strive to give you the best experience possible.
